About the role
Join our fast-growing AI team to consult enterprise clients, design custom LLM-powered workflows, and implement intelligent end-to-end automations that dramatically reduce operational friction across sales, support, and back-office functions. You'll work directly with stakeholders in the UK and US to identify high-impact automation opportunities and turn them into production-ready systems.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement Generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Build advanced workflow automations using Python, Azure, and n8n, integrating with CRMs, ERPs, and internal tools.
- Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to scope automation opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, and vendors, and integrate the right ones into enterprise systems.
- Monitor deployed AI workflows in production, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
- Document architecture decisions, prompts, and workflows so solutions remain maintainable by the wider team.
- Partner with account managers to translate client pain points into technical proposals and scoped deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years building data or AI solutions using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, prompt engineering, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing or maintaining automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, and basic cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing technical consulting.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and shifting priorities independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience deploying models on Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar managed AI platforms.
- Background in enterprise business process automation or robotic process automation (RPA).
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
Working Hours & Location This is an on-site role based at our office, aligned with UK working hours to support overlap with our clients and internal teams. Occasional flexibility is expected around project deadlines and client workshops.
